Atalaya Superficies Comerciales (Mazabi) announces the opening of Atalaya del Tormes Commercial Park in October

  • It will open on October 11 and has some of the most prestigious brands in restaurants, fashion, pets, bazaar, decoration, furniture and sports

  • The project is in its final phase and will strengthen the commercial offer in Salamanca

  • The commercial space will have six top-tier operators: Popeyes, Tiendanimal, Jysk, MGI, Sprinter and a French fashion company for the family that will open days later

Atalaya Superficies Comerciales (Mazabi) receives authorization for the development of the Atalaya de Olaz Commercial Park

  • The asset, located in Pamplona, is at an advanced stage and will house a maximum of 17 operators and eight buildings, with an area of 13,000 sqm whose opening is scheduled from the third quarter of 2023

  • It is an open commercial concept that can be accessed to each of the establishments through a common parking

  • It will be the second Commercial Park developed by Atalaya after the one located in Salamanca, Atalaya del Tormes, which is scheduled to open by the end of this year

MAZABI strengthens its portfolio of assets with the acquisition of the Hotel Cap Roig Nature in Tarragona

The asset is located on the seafront in L’Ampolla, 900 meters from Baconer Beach and with views of the unique landscapes of the Ebro Delta Natural Park

The hotel is a three- stars hotel with a four-star target, 139 rooms and will continue to be operated by The Palm Experience until the end of 2022
